Who does the work?

Just me, Sergey, the founder. No outsourcing, no junior designers, no handoffs. You work directly with me from the first brief to the final file.

How does the pause feature work?

Billing runs on a 31-day cycle. If you pause after 21 days, your remaining 10 days are frozen and resume whenever you're ready. Billing resumes when you send a resume request. To pause, simply reach out at sergey@steblina.com

Is there a limit to how many requests I can make?

Your queue has no ceiling. Add everything you need upfront and I'll work through it in the order you choose.

Are there any refunds?

There are no refunds. Once subscribed, you can use the service for the full billing period. If you decide not to continue, simply cancel — your subscription stays active until the end of the current cycle.
